Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle garage. We ask that you do not leave bicycles in the hotel building, in the rooms, or on the balconies and terraces.

We are an adults-only hotel and warmly welcome young adults aged 14 and over. However, for fire safety reasons, the number of people per room is limited to a maximum of two. If you are traveling with more than two people or children, we ask that you book additional rooms accordingly.

A few minutes’ walk into the city center, there are a large number of restaurants, cafés, and shops of all kinds. Edeka, Aldi, and Penny are just 5 minutes from the hotel.

We accept debit cards, cash, Visa and Mastercard, and bank transfers in advance.

At our hotel, payment is usually made upon arrival. This allows for a quick and hassle-free checkout.

Dogs are very welcome – with prior notice and subject to availability of dog-friendly rooms. Please register your dog in writing in advance and have us confirm that we have reserved a room for you with your dog. We charge a one-time fee of €35.00 per dog. Damage caused by your dog or heavy soiling of the bed linen is not included in the fee and must be paid additionally. The number of dogs per room is limited to one.

We ask all dog owners to respect our lawn and not to treat or use our garden as a walking area. The first walking opportunity is directly opposite the hotel. Outside of your hotel room, your four-legged friend must be kept on a leash at all times and is not permitted in the breakfast room or wellness area for hygiene reasons.

The Adventure Golf Park Braunlage is a miniature golf course with 14 varied holes, located right in the center of town at the ice rink at Harzburger Str. 29.

The facility has been completely redesigned and is fun for the whole family. Dogs are allowed!

Parking is available to our guests free of charge, but limited to one parking space per booked room. If you are traveling with multiple vehicles, you can park in the public parking lots.

The next trail is the Hasselkopf trail – if you walk up Schützenstrasse, you will find the entrance to this trail after about 200 meters.
