Braunlage is a Paradise for Cyclists
Unrestricted biking fun with a mountain bike awaits you around the 970-meter-high Wurmberg. With 18 trails, the Bike Park Braunlage is Northern Germany’s highest bike park. It is also the largest of its kind in Germany and features the longest freeride trail in the Harz region, stretching over 3,400 meters. Downhill riders will love the track with its fast curves and natural terrain. A special highlight is the two road gaps for an extra adrenaline kick.
For those who prefer a more relaxed experience, the well-marked cycling network around Braunlage allows you to plan your personal tour. This can include exploring the untouched forests of the Harz National Park and visiting the surrounding towns.
